Creativity - the state or quality of being creative
- the ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns, relationships, or the like, and to create meaningful new ideas, forms, methods, interpretations, etc.; originality, progressiveness, or imagination
- the process by which one utilizes creative ability

Ethics - a system of moral principles
- the rules of conduct recognized in respect to a particular class of human actions or a particular group, culture, etc
- moral principles, as of an individual
- that branch of philosophy dealing with values relating to human conduct, with respect to the rightness and wrongness of certain actions and to the goodness and badness of the motives and ends of such actions.

Citizenship - the state of being vested with the rights, privileges, and duties of a citizen
- the character of an individual viewed as a member of society; behavior in terms of the duties, obligations, and functions of a citizen

3. Courage: The quality of mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty, danger, pain, etc. Without fear; Bravery.
Fearlessness, Dauntlessness.

4. Confidence: Not doubting, belief in yourself or in abilities, trust or faith in something or someone, positive and realistic perception of ourselves and our abilities.

5. Cross-Cultural Understanding: Cross-culture understanding is the ability of people to recognise, interpret and correctly react to people, incidences or situations that are open to misunderstanding due to cultural differences.
